Joseph Siemienczuk, MD
Chief Medical Officer, Enli Health Intelligence
Dr. Siemienczuk leads Enli’s effort to translate the latest evidence based guidelines into codified clinical workflows, enabling providers to practice at the height of their licensure and reduce unwarranted variation in care. He received his M.D. from Oregon Health Sciences University, graduating Cum Laude, and performed his residency at Cedar-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He is a sought after speaker and has co-authored numerous peer-reviewed articles with topics spanning disease management, population health management, and patient activation.
Jacquelyn Hunt, PharmD, MS
Chief Population Health Officer, Enli Health Intelligence
Dr. Hunt oversees the development of Enli’s population health programs, including the curation of evidence based medical guidelines and protocols. She received her B.S. in Pharmacy from Oregon State University with a certificate in gerontology and earned a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Texas Health Science Center where she also completed a two year residency in pharmacotherapy and ambulatory medicine. Dr. Hunt later received her M.S. in clinical research design and statistical analysis from the University of Michigan.

Luis Machuca is the chief executive officer of Enli Health Intelligence. He is a recognized health IT innovator who serves on the board of directors for several national and regional organizations, including Cambia Health Solutions, Umpqua Bank, the University of Portland (Board of Regents), as well as the Oregon Innovation Council.
